Terms and Conditions:

1. To become a participant of the “Salsospontan Festiwal” it is required to fill in the registration form properly and to make a deposit in accordance with the applicable price on a given bank account within 7 days after registration.

2. The deposit should be made to the following bank account: IOR Mateusz Nawrot  PL 26 1140 2004 0000 3202 7807 9882

3.There are 2 ways of payment:  – Whole sum – 100% of the price at once – 2 installments – 50%/50% (available only during 1st and 2nd price cap) Second payment must be paid before the 15th of the following month after registration Early Bird Pass can’t be paid in installments – 100% of the price at once only.

4. After the registration participant will receive a confirmation on the email given in the registration form, including the information necessary to make a payment.

5. The event coordinator reserves the right to demand a presentation of the payment confirmation from every participant.

6. If the registration of the deposit is not made on time indicated previously, the registration will be canceled.

7. The number of participants is limited.

8. There will be 3 levels of workshop’s advancement: open, intermediate and advanced. Published schedule will contain workshop units with assigned levels. Intermediate and advanced participants’ skills will be verified by the workshop instructors. Participant whose skills are insufficient for the required level might be asked out of the class.

9. The event coordinator reserves the right to cancel the festival in case of insufficient amount of participants or deterioration of the country’s epidemiological status.

10. In case of cancellation of the festival, the event coordinator is obliged to make a full refund within 14 days of the announcement of the decision.

11. There are no refunds in case of resignation from the festival.

12. The participant is allowed to transfer their pass to anyone  up to three days before the beginning of the festival and is obligated to inform the festival coordinator about such a turn of events via email.

13. Every participant of the festival provides consent to use their image free of charge – photographs and movies will be made.
