EVENT

Brazilian zouk edition events in Basel are about connecting with every upcoming season – spring, summer, autumn and winter. This zouk edition is about spring. The workshop, food, drink, decorations and dress code are connected with the main subject of the event – spring and violet color.

WORKSHOPS

Spring is about awakening, flowers are growing and the nature is waking up for new life. We connect this subject with the zouk workshops.

4 PM – 5 PM Sven & Nadege “The seeds of connection”

How can the leader and follower understand each other so well that their dance flows? Through fun exercises, we will explore how your body, your frame, your eyes are all ways of connection and we will explore how to play with them in your dance.

5PM – 6 PM David “Musicality in zouk”

David will do workshop for the musicality in zouk. Like a bird singing with spring you will learn how to dance consciously with the music. How to play with it and transform it into dance is the main topic of the workshop.

PARTY

6 PM – 10:00 PM Party with Dj Madlen

After 2 hours of workshop DJ Madlen will open the dancing floor and play 4 hours Brazilian zouk. A lot of fun, dancing, practice, food and drinks are waiting for us during the social event.

FOOD and WELCOME DRINK

We prepare for you food and welcome drink, witch are included in the price of full pass and party pass. As always Madlen and Karolina will cook for you only in the one color of the event. This time the violet beautiful decoration will take you to a different place full of passion to dance brazilian zouk.
